When a name, location, or other term is entered into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Grant County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the message and contact details may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
